Yes all shipments will receive a tracking or consignment number once shipping has been booked. Economy shipping options has limited tracking availability. You will also receive an automated email from Velvet & Honey once your shipping has been booked.Haven't received a tracking notification then check you have entered your correct email address when placing the order. Alternatively start a chat on our website or email email@example.com.
Velvet & Honey do not accept responsibility for lost shipments. Where possible Velvet & Honey will do what they can to recover any lost shipments. The checkout allows for signature or non signature checkout options.

If you are not completely satisfied with your full priced item then simply return it to Velvet & Honey for an instore credit valid for 1 year within 14 days of purchase. Sales items can not be returned unless there is something defective with the product.
If you want to return an item to swap for a different product, size or colour then shipping will be charged for the replacement product. To return an item it will have to meet our standard terms for returns & refunds.
If you are having trouble checking out with Afterpay and the checkout keeps taking you back to the cart page check that you have entered your email address into the customer details.
